Not sure if this is the right venue to let you know.....but we LOVE our new Ursa cart. Your service (Steve) was excellent, the cart arrived sooner than expected (about a week), and it assembled easily (with no missing parts/excellent instructions). I have already put it to use many times on my land and seem to find new uses for it everyday. It is a quality product and I will recommend it to anyone who ask me if I know of a great garden cart !! Thanks for mentioning it as an alternative to the other cart I was considering............I know now the other cart would not have fit my needs. I'm looking forward to getting the T handle to help me pull those heavier loads.| Price | |

I am one of those people that over analyzes everything. I took my time researching this type of wagon/cart and I am glad I did. This is without doubt the best cart out there. It's a little pricey but beleive me it's worth it. I don't think I'll ever have to buy another one again. The manufacturer stands behind the product and has replacement parts available. My shipment was missing a handle part and it was shipped immediately. I am not that great putting things together but the instruction manual not only was easy to understand, it was entertaining as well. I wish I could have found this cart a long time ago. Wow, what a great idea. Love the zero turning radius, keeps loads balanced perfectly, great dumping action and for tops it really looks cool in my garage. This thing makes my jobs around the barn so easy.
