Glad I called your customer service desk before I made my decision. You were right, the front swivel wheels make it a lot easier to turn corners especially with a big load. Before I had to lift my old cart on its back wheels in order to make a sharp turn. Thanks for your expert recommendation. This cart is the best.Versatility Quality Price -

For years I used the shopping carts with the standard fixed front wheels. I always had trouble making turns especially if I had heavy items in tow. The swivel wheels on this cart are wonderful. My loads are much easier to transport now. I love my cart and wouldn't think about leaving it behind on a shopping trip.Quality Price Versatility -

I think this is the best shopping cart to come out. You really, really have to research to find EXACTLY what YOU want. Whoever suggested swivel front wheels has my heartfelt appreciation. I grocery shop quite often and my cart is always filled to the top. Trying to maneuver corners with a non-swivel cart is rough on your body and you feel that in two or three days. Plus it ruins the wheels, which is what happened to my last cart, because in trying to turn the corner one of my wheels twisted. That made it wobble and I was glad I was able to make it home with $207.68 worth of groceries in the old cart.
I went online looking at many websites for a new cart and I knew exactly what I wanted. I did not think I would find a shopping cart with swivel wheels but somebody was way ahead of me and for that I am forever grateful. Only a person who grocery shops can appreciate what I am talking about. I am originally from New York City and have used carts for over thirty years. Large items, canned goods, milk, juice, etc. are heavy and need a sturdy cart (this one is made of steel) and it is perfect.
I assembled the four wheels without a problem. One piece was missing, a Cotter Pin. There should have been four but only three were in the little plastic bag. I always lay everything out before I start and that is why I knew the one pin was missing. However, since I still had my old cart I took it from there. Instructions come with the cart. What a beautiful grocery shopping cart.
Oh, by the way, I am 71 years young and have assembled many things over the years. I am an expert, so to speak, on carts and I don't believe there is a better one then this out there.Price Versatility Quality -

The front wheels are not fixed like all the others and it makes a hugh difference. All the people in my complex want to know where I got it. I use it to get all my groceries from the car into the elivator and up to my condo. Even 40 lbs of cat litter with 4 bags of other groceries. You will not be sorry if you buy it. I bought one for my 87 year old friend and he loves it.Price Versatility Quality
