At Carts On-The-Go, our goal is to ensure that you always select the right product for your needs. However, you may occasionally receive a product that doesn’t work for you. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below and give us a call at 1-866-930-1540 to request a Return Authorization Number.
All items in our store may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a 110% store credit or full refund of the purchase price (plus tax, if any). All items need to be returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:
* Product must be in new/original factory condition - no cracks, scratches, etc.
* Product must be returned in its original packaging - including any inserts, manuals and accessories.
* A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 30 days from your receipt of shipment.
* Once an Return Authorization Number has been issued, products must be returned within 14 days.
All returned products require a Return Authorization Number. The easiest way to request an RA number is to give us a call at 1-866-930-1540. Just choose the Warranty and Returns option (press #2) and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RA Number. Please make sure to include your order number, name and the product number for all items you are returning.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, products returned without an Return Authorization Number will not be credited. To receive full credit, items must be shipped within 14 days from the day the Return Authorization Number and shipping information were provided by our Support Team.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If we made a mistake or if the product you received was defective, we will gladly take care of the shipping costs for you. If you are returning the product by choice, we will be happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your Return Authorization Number. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage. Carts On-The-Go cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization Number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Carts On-the-Go reserves the right to subtract any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location from the issued credit.
Additionally, if you were provided “free shipping” for the outbound delivery to your shipping address, we will need to deduct our shipping cost from your credit.
Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an Return Authorization Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit.
Once your return is received, Carts On-The-Go will issue a credit to the card/account used for the purchase or email you a Store Credit Voucher. Please note that it can sometimes take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear.
You are responsible for inspecting your package when it is delivered and informing the carrier of any visible damage while they are still present. You may choose to refuse the shipment if you feel the damage is significant. You will need to note any damage on the delivery receipt and record the freight company’s name and trailer number so that we will be able to track the package back to its destination. Please call our Customer Care Team at 1-866-930-1540 for assistance if you refuse delivery.
If you notice damage of a concealed nature after the carrier has delivered the package, you must notify the carrier and request an inspection. You will need to file a claim with the carrier in order to receive compensation. This puts you in a much stronger position to recover the cost of replacing your merchandise. We will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the delivery carrier, but it is your responsibility to file the freight claim.
