Garden Cart OFFICIAL Giveaway RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

DESCRIPTION:
CartsOnTheGo.com Garden Cart (“Giveaway”) will begin on November 8th, 2011 and end on November 14th, 2011 (“Giveaway Period”).

HOW TO ENTER:
To become a Participate in the Giveaway, you must:

1. "Follow" the Twitter user, http://twitter.com/GardenDesignMag
2. Retweet the exact tweet at http://twitter.com/#!/GardenDesignMag/status/133948910191382529

The winner will randomly be selected on November 15th, 2011 from all Particapants during the Giveaway Period.

The winner will be announced via Twitter at the page @GardenDesignMag .

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
Participant must have an address within the United States that prize can be mailed to.
Participant may only enter this Giveaway once.

PRIZE:
The Prize will be a choice of one Garden Cart under the price of $250 or a credit for $250 at http://www.cartsonthego.com. If the winner is unable to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Prize will be awarded only upon winner verification and final approval by CartsOnTheGo.com. The winner will be notified through Twitter by @GardenDesignMag, within thirty (30) days after selected. The winner will then have thirty (30) days to respond with their information. If the winner is unable to be contacted within thirty (30) days after being selected, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or if the prize notification or prize is returned undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited.  If cost for shipping of Prize to winner is determined to be more then $50 USD, a certified check in the amount of $250 USD will be awarded in it's place.

No purchase necessary. Giveaway is void where prohibited. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Participants during the Giveaway Period.

By entering this Giveaway, each Participant agrees to comply with these Official Giveaway Rules and the decisions of CartsOnTheGo.com which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the Giveaway. CartsOnTheGo.com retains the right to disqualify any Participant if all Giveaway rules are not followed. CartsOnTheGo.com, participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or their representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for the inability of any Participant to complete or continue an internet registration due to equipment malfunction, inadvertent disconnections, unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification.
No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. CartsOnTheGo.com reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway at their sole discretion. If for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the Giveaway is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, fraud, acts of God, strikes, terrorists acts, criminal acts of third parties, an insufficient number of qualified Giveaway entries, or any other causes beyond CartsOnTheGo.com control which, in CartsOnTheGo.com sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, CartsOnTheGo.com reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway at their sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, CartsOnTheGo.com reserve the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney's fees) from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
