Most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer via FedEx or UPS carriers. You will have the option, with certain products, to obtain express shipping to your address. If this option is available, you will see it during the shipping phase of the checkout process.
Processing time for orders is usually between 1-3 business days. Standard UPS or FedEx ground shipping times range from 2-5 days depending upon your destination.
In some cases, our products are shipped from a Canadian manufacturer near Ontario. The products shipped from this manufacturer do require up to 1 extra week of shipping time. In addition, we do not collect shipping tax for orders shipping to Canada. UPS will charge this tax upon delivery.
For some larger products, we may ship using a common freight carrier which may add a few extra days for shipment. If this is the case with your order, it will be noted on the item's product page.
In most cases, you will be able to track your order right from our Web site. During the checkout process, be sure to register an account with us. That way, once the shipping process has begun, you can return to our site, log in to your account, and easily track your shipment. You will know when your order has become trackable when you receive a notification email from us. This email will include directions on how to track your order on our site as well as the carrier issued tracking number. If you opted to not create an account with us, you can easily click the tracking number link in your shipment confirmation email to check your order's status on the carrier's Web site.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery times as those are controlled by the manufacturers of the product and the shipping carrier. We do however, rigorously monitor all of our orders and do our best to expedite delivery times whenever possible.
